Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
